The makers behind the luxury chocolate treat, Nanaimo Bars which can be found all over the country and online but more noticeable found in Selfridges and Harvey Nichols (London) wanted to update their food photography and thought who better than a Canadian.
We had a lot of fun working with this brand for many reasons, being ‘Canadian was just one of them. For this shoot we provided lots of alternatives from stock shots for the website to set shots in a cool cafe and restaurant for that editorial pr look.

Last month I was commissioned by luxury hotel chain, Malmaison to photograph items from their restaurants new menu which centres around the brands new angus steak labeled as ‘Oh Angus’
I had a great time working with the chefs and management. The shoot itself took place at the chains Birmingham hotel which is located inside The Mailbox.
